The Ruth S. Coleman College of Nursing and Health Sciences Bachelor of Science in Nursing program is approved by the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing.

State authorization

Federal and state regulations require all higher education institutions to comply with existing state laws affecting the issuance of distance education degrees, programs, and courses. Cardinal Stritch University joins over 1,300 other private and public institutions participating in the State Authorization Reciprocal Agreement (SARA) which establishes a state-level reciprocity process that supports the nation in its efforts to increase the educational attainment of its people. Stritch’s participation in SARA is administered by the Midwestern Higher Education Pact (MHEC) .

If licensure is required in your state, you should check with your public body to determine if the Cardinal Stritch University program will meet the eligibility requirements.

Students residing in these states can enroll in programs entirely online, but there are different requirements for each state that may restrict eligibility for certain types of additional educational experiences (such as clinical placements or internships). in some of our programs.

Cardinal Stritch University is enrolled in Minnesota Higher Education Office in accordance with Articles 136A.61 to 136A.71. Registration is not an endorsement of the institution. Credits acquired in the establishment cannot be transferred to all other establishments.
